Josh Brown kicked a career-best five field goals for the Giants, providing all of New York's scoring.
The Giants had the game well in hand until Zak DeOssie snapped the ball over Steve Weatherford's head from the 37-yard line on a punt. Philadelphia's Najee Goode picked the ball up at the 2-yard line and scored with 4:11 left in the fourth quarter.
The Eagles tried an onside kick, which Antrel Rolle of the Giants recovered. The Giants were able to run the clock below a minute before Philly got the ball at their own 16 with 27 seconds to go. A Will Hill interception, the first of his career, with 13 seconds left iced the game.
Eli Manning completed 25-of-39 passes for 246 yards and become the Giants' all-time leader in passing yardage, surpassing Phil Simms. Peyton Hillis ran 20 times for 70 yards. Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks each caught seven passes, Cruz for 86 yards and Nicks for 51.
The Giants' defense has now not allowed a touchdown in 10 quarters, surrendering only three points during that time.
The Giants survived an injury scare in the third quarter when Victor Cruz went for x-rays on his neck after being slammed to the ground following a catch. He returned to the game shortly thereafter, however.
The Giants have a bye next week and return to action Sunday, Nov. 10 when they host the Oakland Raiders at MetLife Stadium.
