Starting the season 6-2 and finishing 9-7 is pathetic. I've scoured NFL.com, ESPN.com, CBSsports.com, and many others for reasons why this happened. I still have yet to find anything. Coaches and players have to be on notice from the GM and even the owners. I know we won the Super Bowl last year, but we can't own the division for 5 or 6 weeks and not make the playoffs.

If we could let Gilbride walk and make Pat Shumur our OC, and send Fewell packing to allow Jim Hermann to be our DC, I believe our team would be better than alright. As for Free Agents:
