ESPN NFL Draft guru Mel Kiper Jr. has updated his 2013 NFL Draft Big Board, listing the players he considers to be the top 25 in the April draft. Here are some notes from Kiper's latest board, which is ESPN Insider content.
Kiper has Georgia outside linebacker Jarvis Jones [BBV draft profile] listed No. 1. He has Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o [BBV draft profile] listed sixth, an indication that the scouting community does not think the girlfriend hoax will impact Te'o's draft stock much. Kiper said he sees "basically no reason" to downgrade Te'o.
The final three players listed in Kiper's top 25 are likely of interest to New York Giants' fans. Kiper has LSU linebacker Kevin Minter listed 23rd, BYU defensive end Ezekial Ansah 24th and LSU defensive end Sam Montgomery listed 25th.
