I posted earlier about doing a fantasy league with fans from the NFC East. Right now we have 15 fans (5 cowboys, 5 eagles, 3 redskins, 2 giants) out of the needed 16. I can post the details if you want to know more, but the basics are this:

The draft will take place at the end of august, and will be a snake draft. The point system is the standard one that you find in most league. The divisions are divided up by teams, so there is an eagles division, a giants division and so on. The winners of each division will play in the playoffs. That way the playoffs will have one fan of each team.
