Justin Tuck No. 62 On NFL Network Top 100 List

On a personal level, the 2011-2012 season was a difficult one for Justin Tuck. A left shoulder injury and other ailments left Tuck unable to play to the level he was accustomed to for much of the season. He finished with only five sacks and 41 tackles, and 11.5 sacks and 76 tackles the season before.

As we all know, however, things worked out well in the end. Tuck was able to put aside his ailments to be part of the 'All In' Giants down the stretch and had two sacks, three tackles and forced a safety in the Super Bowl victory over New England.

Physical ailments aside, the respect Tuck has amongst his peers was demonstrated when Tuck was named No. 62 on the NFL Network Top 100 list.

"I never really say this to him, but he's an outstanding football player," said teammate Osi Umenyiora.

Former teammate Barry Cofield, now with the Washington Redskins, is also featured in the NFL Network video speaking about Tuck.
