Cowboys WR Ogletree in for a visit

Cowboys receiver Kevin Ogletree is meeting with the Giants Today.

"For the second straight day, the Giants will be entertaining a Cowboy free agent.

ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reports that Dallas wide receiver Kevin Ogletree is meeting with the Giants on Thursday. The Giants could be in the market for a receiver since it is expected that Mario Manningham will depart. Manningham is scheduled to meet with the Niners today and is talking to Buffalo and Miami as well according to Schefter.

Ogletree, 24, had 15 catches for 164 yards this past season. He also can return kickoffs and punts. He has a career average of 19.4 yards on 20 career kickoff returns. Ogletree, who is from Queens, returned two punts last season for an average of 17.5 yards.

According to ESPN Dallas, the 6-1 wide receiver is a restricted free agent but was not tendered by the Cowboys. With Devin Thomas and Michael Clayton both unrestricted free agents, the Giants can use some depth at receiver and on special teams if those two do not return. " - Ohm Y. via ESPN.com
