NY Giants should find a way to keep Osi and Mannnigham

Everyone who watched the Superbowl to the end saw what Manningham is capable of bringing to the table. He's an explosive receiver who big plays down the field. As mesmerizing as that catch was, he doesn't always seem to be on the same page with Eli Manning. That said, with Manningham, Cruz, and Nicks, the Giants passing attack has been very productive on offense. The three of receivers are as good as any trio you'll find in the NFL and have become unstoppable. You can ask Bill Belichick what he thinks about the Giants three wide outs. During the winning touchdown drive led by Eli, Belichick could be heard telling his corners to force Eli to throw to Manningham. Check out the clip here...http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/video-bill-belichick-implores-defense-giants-throw-mario-192504476.html.

Though Manningham disappointed earlier in the game when he was thrown to, he didn't disappoint when his team needed him at the most crucial part of the game. When Osi was out, we saw how defensive line struggled. When he came back, we saw how dominant the defensive line was with him. Osi had nine sacks in just nine games during the regular season. In addition, he caused numerous game-changing force fumbles.

The guy can still play at a very high level when he's healthy and the numbers don't lie. Every fan who follows the team pretty much knows that Osi and Jerry Reese don't have the best of business relationships, but Osi has said that he wants to stay a Giant. Hopefully they can work something out. As a New York Giants fan, I hope the front office brings those two core players back next season in defense of the Superbowl title. If they do, we will have a very good chance to make another as champions again.
