Since we're picking last in each round, would "1st, 2nd or 3rd round tender" players from other teams be an option this year?

This is my first FanPost, but I've been a long time reader. Since I'm in Arizona and usually don't get to wear my blue and view the Big Blue View until the late evening hours long after most lines of discussion are 'put to bed' so to speak I've been enjoying the dialog mostly in silence. Since there has been spirited conversation about available free agents, and the related salary cap issues, as well as what our "needs" for the draft are (and of course the BPA v. "needs" debate), I just wanted to pose a slightly different question for my fellow Big Blue Crew: Is there anyone available as a Restricted Free Agent that might be worth trading a draft pick for? Whether its Pittsburgh's Mike Wallace (WR) for a first round pick, just to get the conversation started, or some of the 2nd or 3rd round tenders available is there anyone out there the lower case ny should be looking at ? The fact that we won SB46 gives us the last pick in each round (plus the compensatory picks of course), so we'd be giving up the last pick in any round for the player which seems like it might be a good return for the value. If a player is deemed a "2nd round talent" for example it probably doesn't mean that he is worth the last pick in that round, but that is exactly what we'd be giving up in return. Of course we'd still have the salary cap issues but we'd be replacing a contract for a draft pick's contract so it could work, perhaps with a little creativity. I have confidence in JR and co. so if they see a player they really want they could make it happen. The question for you today as we approach the start of free agency tomorrow is is there anyone we should be interested in as a restricted free agent?
