some Dan Depalma tapes

I had this posted in the comments on one of the articles but figured these would pass over more eyes this way.

I was contemplating us bringing back Steve Smith this off season prior to the news about the giants and the players the extend future contracts to. One of those guys was wide receiver Dan Depalma. Depalma participated in camp Eli and was in jets camp fighting for a spot but didn't make the cut. After watching the tapes it is clear that there is talent and potential in this guy. He has great speed, and value seeing as how he is a returner and also plays on the coverage teams. I Hope this guy can be a contributor for us as it will just be another example of the Giants succeeding where the Jets have failed. Any way here are the videos, they could of been better but its clear that this kid has talent and he's only 23.

for posting. I’ve been chatting DDP up as well the past few days, excited to see him in camp in a few months, really see what he can do once he’s learned the offense.

Quick, shifty receivers like this should be especially effective with the run-and-shoot concepts Gilbride’s using, so there’s hope. The staff seems to be high on the kid.
