The Greatest of All Time
From a fan's perspective, we always like to think that a lot of the little things we do go a long way toward helping the team win (or lose) a football game. These are things that no number of logical sequences, no matter how elaborate, could validate. Yet, we still know.
I shared a little poetry prior to the fourth playoff game the Giants participated in this year, and let's just say that I think it may just have had a little something to do with the "W":
"Archie's been living off the fat of the land.
I'm going to give him his pension plan.
When you come to the fight, don't
block the halls or the door. Cause
y'all going home after round four."
(Muhammad Ali)
This was said prior to Ali's fight with aging great Archie Moore. This was also said (with slight modifications) in reference to an aging great Tom Brady. Go gather up your pension plan, Tom. You've earned it.

"Let me explain something to you. Um, I am not 'Mr. Lebowski'. You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing."
-Jeffery Lebowski, The Dude
It could be.
Depends on how you look at it.
