I think Brady won't do much with out his star TE and Eli will dominate with Nicks and Cruz. Justin Tuck will get at least 2 sacks. Manning passing yards 321 TDs 3 Interceptions 1

Brady passing yards 287 TDs 2 Interceptions 2

My prediction: GIANTS WIN: 31-24
