So due to time and energy constraints, I've outlined a basic (I repeat basic) outline of successful TEs since the 2002 draft.
Criteria?
Drafted since 2002 and has averaged at least 300 receiving yards a game.
I openly acknowledge that there are a,b,c,d..... aa,bb,cc, etc factors that can make this simple outline look like Poop, but if you feel like crushing it, please feel free =). Thought I do believe even if you add in said reliable factors it should not skew the data completely.
Data:
2002
2003
2004
1 Kellen Winslow Jr.
1 Ben Watson
2005
2006
2007

Analysis:
Breakdown of the 23 TEs
10 first rounders (44%)
4 second rounders (17%)
5 third rounders (22%)
3 fourth rounders (13%)
1 fifth rounder (4%)
Previously, I did make a statement on BBV that I rather draft a TE in the later rounds, which I consider amending.

Come to think of it I better send this to JR so the fans won't prematurely throw him on the blimp again...
