I know Eli did not play the way that we needed him to in the second half of the season, but the lack of defensive play stands out a lot more for me. They made Joe Flacco look like an MVP candidate, after shutting down Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees. Ultimately the lack of a pass rush and extremely soft secondary were the Giants' biggest problem in the second half. Maybe it's just me, but I don't blame Eli for this meltdown.
