"I've seen some good things," the wide receiver said today at Eva's Village in his hometown of Paterson where he was donating over 5,000 cans of soup. "I've seen that they're playing inspired football. They're playing off of their offense. When their offense is doing well you can really see the defense really picking up and that's a good thing. Coe surprised G-Men placed him on IR - Giants Blog - ESPN New York
Giants cornerback Michael Coe said Monday that he was placed on injured reserve with the minor injury designation, and he was surprised the Giants made that decision to place him on IR. Once Coe is healthy, the Giants can release him, but he can't come back to the team this season.
Coe was placed on IR on Nov. 10th as he was battling a hamstring injury.
"There was no reason to go on IR, but they listed it as minor," Coe said. "We'll see what happens in the next couple of weeks."
