Where is Brandon Jacobs and what has this imposter done with him? (Ahmad Bradshaw whining)
That is a story about Ahmad Bradshaw pretty much saying the Giants better give he and Brandon Jacobs the ball on Monday Night more than they got it last Sunday.
The part that got me fired up was the last line of the story. After excerpts from Bradshaw's press conference and a few notes from Kevin Gilbride, it includes Jacobs. Normally I'm looking for Jacobs to complain and whine and do everything he has done since the 2010 season and before. However, the result I found was completely different. It said Jacobs avoided questions about not getting the ball. Instead he gave one sentence.
“I just want to win. Six carries or 26 carries, it doesn’t matter.”
Where is BRandon Jacobs and what has this imposter done with him? I don't know but I love it. Jacobs needs to be wearing a gold capital "C" on his jersey.

Why?
I don’t like what he said. He should’ve said that winning is most important and this team will not win unless it runs the ball.

''It is a tremendous challenge, and I am looking forward to working with these players and re-establishing the New York Giants' tradition of physically controlling the line of scrimmage. Are you okay bro? Why are you criticizing AB for wanting the ball? You are usually screaming for these guys to get the ball. I feel like I am in the twilight zone.

Oh, ok.
I like jacobs. He flies off the handle a lot but he’s always in the middle of a circle the beginning of the game getting the team siked. but,a C on his jersey I don’t know if he’s ready for that yet.

who is ready on the team for the C besides eli and tuck?
if u ask me its jacobs. hes done a lot for the franchise. hes a vocal leader. hes a motivator for the team. guys look up to him.(bradshaw) who else would u make captain on this team honestly? none of the offensive linemen are really the leader type. canty? rolle? they havnt done enough or been with the team long enough. my vote would go to eli tuck and jacobs if i was looking from the outside in.
now of course im not in the locker room. thats just my take

I think a team leader has to lead by action and not just by words.
Brandon is a great RB but he is not consistent performance-wise. He often makes bad decisions that compromises the competitiveness of the team too; a recent example of this is the preseason game against the Jets when he got ejected. Dude has got to keep a leveled-head and understand that sometimes that crap talking and extra hits that he get from opposing players are designed to bring about an ejection. I don’t have any candidates in mind but Jacobs need to show me that he is able to make better decisions before he gets that honor.

TT was headed in the C direction.
Rolle seems to be somewhat of a leader. Canty, too. What about Snee or Mac?

I like Canty. He showed his willingness to speak his mind and call out the team after the Redskins game and he did it with tact.
I like Snee as well.

Run the effin football Kevin!
this guy just loves to abandon the run as soon as he possibly can. We still have the same runing backs, and 3 of the 5 O linemen that were responsible for a top 5 running game the past 3-4 years. I dont understand why as soon as they go down 7 points, its first down pass, second down pass, third down pass, punt. I used to be a gilbride supporter but he is really getting on my last nerve. the dude sucks. simple as that. give your playmakers the G-D football! Ahmad and brandon should both break 1000 yards this year. give them both the rock 15+ times. eli shouldnt have more then 20-25 pass attempts per game.
KG is really wo0rking hard to get himself fired. terrible play calling the past few year, and now hes blaming the players for crappy production. cant stand this guy anymore.

Jacobs does need a C
He’s the emotional leader and probably in the top3 of most fiery players in the NFL.
Obviously if he were to start complaining the C wouldn’t fit, but he needs more carries.

Gilbride sucks.
The players make his crappy contradiction of an offense look good. (complicated yet predictable). This is usually where I would say “run the damn ball” but why should I? Nothing is going to change. KG will run when he should pass, and pass when he should run.

Non-homerness...
I think that title may go to the Saints this year, Thomas and Ingram are looking good, also the Panthers have a good 1-2 punch.

Yes, Wild_Eagle's infamous reputation did help him get this award. But he shows that he walks the talk that he serves...with his keyboard. Wild_Eagle protects the motherland (BGN) from the evils of noobs, douche-bags, and other assholes. Although he may be crude and unnecessary, all great defenders draws the yellow flag from time to time.

So does Houston with Foster and Tate.
GB with Grant and Starks should be very good. KC with Charles and Jones.
I can’t say the Saints yet because it’s only based on potential with Ingram. But the combo of Thomas Sproles and Ingram is good.

Very good points...
But I’d also say that Grant/Starks are a good 1-2 punch but to be the best your team has to run the ball lol.
KC has moved more towards Charles, I didn’t see Jones carry all that much the other day.
And you’re right on the Saints.

"Oh sir, the Giants of New York took on the Packers of Green Bay. And in the end, the Giants triumphed by kicking an oblong ball made of pigskin through a big "H". It was a most ripping victory."
Ingram? what the hell has he done?
plus he looked like ass MN.
Pierre Thomas never even cracked 800yds in a season. Carolina ill bye.
I may not be the most noble of men but in a town of lepers, im the one with the most fingers.
Giant LB'z SUCK!!? Mark Herzlich, Greg Jones,Spencer Paysinger...Maybe not..
best or not doesn't really matter
they are damn good at what they do.
Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that.

Gilbride is ruining this team.
he ran the ball only 1 team in the 2nd half despite only being down 1 score.
Even if we had Jim Brown we still wouldn’t run the ball much. We need a HC who could take over our offense or defense. Tom Coughlin’s yelling and red face isn’t scaring anyone.
Judicious Observer: Eli had 30+ Turnovers, that can't be good.
Eli Apologists: HE ALSO HAD 30 TDS AND 4000+ YARDS; HE'S GOD!!!!!!!!!
Sigh
does gilbride make adjustments after a crappy weak

+1 Killdrive's play calling sucked last week
The Giants are now obviously built to run the ball, AB was right we were down by 7 with the whole second half to play and Killdrive just stoped running the ball. It’s not like he gave AB’s carries to Jacobs he just reverted back to his chuck and duck offense days. Giants have to have a balanced attack, we are not the Packers. Hopefully Killdrive rebounds becuase he stunk up the joint last week.
