He's old. Mid 30's.

Has been a solid #3 mostly possession type receiver for a few teams. Including the 2000 Ravens who beat us in the SB. He caught a TD pass in that game, too.

That is an understatement.

A veteran of many teams, he should learn the offense quick. A more natural slot WR. But I’m not sure that he really upgrades our talent. Let’s not dump Cruz over one drop.

Im liking this move

a bonafide slot receiver. Very smart vet who will use his savvy too make an impact. Especially on 3rd downs. I love Cruz, but I dont think he knows all the hot reads yet, so Id say, in 2-3 weeks, Stokley bumps him on the depth chart.

I still am but his performance as of late has me concerned. I am looking for the Cruz that walked on to the field last year with something to prove. I haven’t seen him yet.

If Stokley is healthy and all,

I’d just give the job to him right now. I don’t have much faith in Cruz or Hixon right now. As a slot receiver, at least. Stokley’s been doing it for quite some time.
