also, like Pat Traina said, the Giants may have just been waiting for the depth chart to sort itself out. With Devin Thomas, at least per Couglin gonna “be a while”, that probably leaves an opportunity to get this damn thing done.

Thomas probably deserves a roster spot, but if he’s gonna be out a month just do what you gotta do with the injury lists and get Steve Smith signed. He might not be ready, but eventually he probably will be and SS12 most definitely is always needed here.

Playing the game – pay this guy whatever he wants. I’d never bet against this cat…never. He’ll be back…with vengeance. My anxiety level on Sundays, Monday nights, Thursday nights, playoff Saturdays, AND SuperBowl Sundays is dramatically lower when he is suited up, lined up, and balling out!

Seriously…when SS12 went down I was worried more then than when any other player went down to injury – INCLUDING GUNSHOT WOUNDS TO THE THIGH. Hey, that’s just me though…

u should find something else to do! there’s very few Giants that I don’t question there performance on the field. SS12 is one of those guys. He’s unspectacular spectacular.

Getting SS12 back is gonna be HUGE..

just from an emotional standpoint. Going into the brutal part of our schedule with Nicks, Mario, and Smith gives us an advantage over EVERY teams DB’s.
