Saturday proved to be a false alarm, what with then-Hurricane Irene forcing the scheduled game between the New York Giants and New York Jets to be postponed. Then having the game thread show up when it wasn't supposed to, anyway. Darn technology! Well, hopefully today we get it right.
This will be your real Open Thread for Monday night's real preseason game between the MetLife Stadium co-owners.
Should be a nice dress rehearsal for the regular season, and the Christmas Eve meeting between the two teams.
