Bradshaw didnt get quite owned by our FO

Everyone seems to think we got over on AB with paying him 18 mil with jus 9 mil garaunteed but he has actually done well and probably got more than the Giants wanted to give. Remember he is just 24 years old. With 4 year deal he will be a FA again at 28. Did Deangelo make 18 million the last 4 years? Didn't research but I highly doubt it. 30 is the magic age for a rb's decline but there IS a market for a star 28-29 year old rb as DA proved. Bradshaw is a STAR and every bit as good as Williams imho. He is more than capable on putting together 4 years of 1500 total yards and thats assuming he doesnt improve. Theres the injury risk but for an " injury prone" rb he sure does play in a lot of games...all 16 last year not missing any practice time either. Besides he will be fresher than DA with the Giants RB by comitee approach. Bradshaw despite his "character concerns" embodies everything we look for in a Giant. Hustles hard on every single play, says all the right things and NEVER complains. Not when he was 3rd string rb nor when he lost his starting spot. I think this deal was win win and Bradshaw is set up to hit the market for another big deal. Not too shabby for 7th round pick out of Marshall.
