Eli Manning seems to have upgraded workout facilities. A Star-Ledger report indicated that Manning worked out last week at Duke University with receivers Hakeem Nicks and Jerrel Jernigan, the third-round draft pick. In reality, any work is helpful.

"Sack-Forced Fumble-TD against any QB in the history of the NFL.... honestly, It would probably be Eli because I see him in pratice and we can't touch him (laughs)" - Justin Tuck

Clayton has it now but I don’t think he will be on the team come Sept (of course lets hope that theres football in Sept.)

Jerrel Jernigan

I have high hopes for this kid. Punt returns, 3rd down slot receiver.

Why is Tom Quinn still here?

Me too

Any work he can get with Eli will be beneficial. Even if it’s just the terminology and timing for now. He has big play potential and with the health of SS12 in question we might need some offensive contributions from him this year.

there are reports that Smith might have to start the year on the PUP list

if so, Hagan, Jernigan, or Barden will have to step up and make big plays

remember what i said. 2×2 4wr set with Nicks and Smith in the slots and JJ and MM outside. thats the future of this offense. JJ and SS12 slots with Nicks and MM outside works too. Cant wait.

Im as REAL as it gets. Even when it comes to my own team!

I thought Eli wasn't the kind of leader for this sort of thing

Nicks and Jernigan are from the area

Manningham is from Michigan. Even if he lives in the NY/NJ area year round, I doubt he’s making a trip to North Carolina for a 3-day passing camp.

This is true

Eli should have already held a passing camp in every state east of california…. at the very least nevada.

Next they will want him to go door to door

I like Peter King but...and no disrespect to peter but hes no different than Mike and the Mad Dog or any of these other (guys), you haven't put on a uniform since you went Trick-or-Treating, with your momma, so you can't tell me that what I did or how I did it or how something happened was good or bad cause you've never done it. - Michael Strahan

Newbie

The football team in my school, they were tough! After they sacked the quarterback they went after his family.

Jernigan

will have a solid impact this year. definitely with some kick/punt returning and i also think he will see some time in the offense

by NJsandman on Jun 28, 2011 9:31 PM EDT reply actions

i really hope he can jumpstart our return game, god knows we need it

I listen to Enter Sandman before taking exams. I wear the exact same jersey every Giants game. The Rangers goal song goes off in my head when I achieve small successes in life.
