The comments came from an anonymous player on an opposing team we played last year. He basically says Eli Manning is still on the rise (sounds like anyone?), and that Gilbride was a big reason as to why Eli Manning led the league in turnovers.
I'm going to get my scooby doo on, and say it's Peyton Manning. For anyone to say that this scheme is too complicated for the type of players we have has to have some inside info, and we all know that Eli and Peyton Manning talk about everything. Besides that, which player would defend Eli Manning on an opposing team? From what I've noticed, no one in the NFL respects Eli's game, because he would've made the top 100 list if people did. And why would you make these comments anonymously if you're from an opposing team?
