Our draft pick's Rival ratings

I did this last year after Rivals released their ratings for all high school players after finishing their senior years. Thought you would all find our latest draft picks ranking interesting.

1) Prince Amukamara- 6'1'' 180lbs. 40: 4.5 seconds, was a 3 star recruit in 2007 as an ATH. Ranked #57 at that position nationally and players of note rated ahead of him were our Chad Jones at #1 and DeMarcus Van Dyke at #16. Was the 11th ranked player in the state of Arizona.

2) Marvin Austin- 6'3'' 291lbs. 40: 4.68 seconds, was a 5 star recruit in 2007 as a DT. Ranked #1 at his position, #7 best player nationally and #1 in his home state of Washington D. C.

3) Jerrel Jernigan- 5'10'' 170lbs. 40: 4.4 seconds, was a 3 star recruit in 2007 as an ATH. Came up N/A with rank in position and as a national prospect. Was the #23 ranked player in the state of Alabama.

4) James Brewer- 6'7'' 305lbs. was a 2 star recruit in 2006 as an OL out of Indiana. Didn't register a ranking as an OL positionally, nationally nor in state.

6) Greg Jones- 6'0'' 210lbs. 40: 4.6 seconds, was a 3 star recruit in 2007 as an OLB. Ranked #34 at his position behind noteables Akeem Ayers (#9) and Brian Rolle (#17). Was the #16 best player in the state of Ohio.

6) Tyler Sash- 6'1'' 190lbs. 40: 4.57 seconds, was a 3 star recruit in 2007 as an ATH. Ranked #59 at that position and was the #5 best player in the state of Iowa.

6) Jacquain Williams- 6'4'' 220lbs. 40: 4.5 seconds, was a 4 star recruit as a JC Transfer in 2009. In the JC Top 100 he ranked #21 behind noteables Pernell McPhee (#3) and Jason Pierre-Paul (#6).

7) Da'Rel Scott- 6'0'' 185lbs. 40: 4.4 seconds, was a 4 star recruit as an ATH in 2006. Ranked #24 at that position and in his home state of Pennsylvania he was the #14 best player.

I love to know where our players come from and its cool to see the heights and weights attached to them as well. Marvin Austin was the coolest cat, just look at his Rivals picture and you'll see what I mean.
