Fantasy Sleeper of the Week: Ahmad Bradshaw
Picking Ahmad Bradshaw as the sleeper of the week is a bit ironic, considering that a curfew violation kept him out of the first half of last week's game in Dallas. But hear me out. Brandon Jacobs is running like a man possessed, but with Bradshaw healthier and likely to start Sunday against Washington, paired with the Redskins being ranked 17th against the rush, the elements are there for Bradshaw to have a pretty big day.
I'll give you another theory as to why Bradshaw (and Jacobs) might get more work than usual. Yes, Tom Coughlin's Giants always try to control the clock, but considering how bad our defense has played lately, controlling the clock to keep our defense on the sideline is not such a bad idea.
I'm throwing a lot of hypothetical situations out there, but, well, as sleepers go, Bradshaw seems to be as good a pick as any!

Is this 2 weeks in a row?
I’m hoping that Bradshaw is the fantasy waker-upper
nywins42 needs a new screen name - "nywins46" sounds great!
Just ordered FatHeads for all available Giants. Now I have something to aim at when punching holes in my wall.
Bradshaw is due for a wake-up call after what he did last week..
He owes it to his team..

50/50--Jacobs/Bradshaw
I think Jacobs has been running the ball very good these past couple of games so I wouldn’t mind if they split carries to wear down the defense.
It's still GIANTS Stadium
We all need a little help from our friends no and again...

Unfortunately Roy Helu will probably outperform (fantasy wise)
Jacobs and Bradshaw combined. But he is hardly a sleeper these days.
I am a fan of Kevin Gilbride and I don't care what you say

If Helu does, so be it
Just as long as the Giants win, i don’t care. I actually have Helu and like any other players that go against the Giants, the results can be bitter sweet!
How can Bradshaw be a fantasy sleeper?
in order to qualify as a sleeper the guy has to be owned in less than 50% of leagues, a guy you can potentially pick up from the waivers this week and start on your own team. bradshaws ownership is well into the 90’s, and should not qualify as a sleeper. you want a true sleeper this week? kyle orton vs. a porous packers secondary. 16% owned in yahoo leagues and if you desperatley need a QB play, prob none better on the waiver wire right now.
