Mikey's Crystal Ball: Week 11

Last week: 4-12

Season record: 94-52

Um, yeah. Was I cursed by Ed propping me up here? I have been picking games in some shape or form since I was like 8 years old, and I don't know if I've ever had a week like last week. One thing is for sure, I'm not picking the Colts to win anything other than the top draft pick in 2012. Anyway, the Giants lost to Seattle and rebounded, so I can too....meanwhile, do yourself a favor and do not use these as the basis for any actual wagers.

NY Jets at Denver--This is a trap game for the Jets, but it's also a must-win. I'm starting Shonn Greene over LeGarrett Blount so expect lots of Mark Sanchez, kick return TDs or defensive touchdowns. Jets 31, Broncos 16

Tennessee at Atlanta--Just when you think you have these teams figured out, Chris Johnson lights it up again and Mike Smith has a career-defining brain fart. Falcons 23, Titans 17

Cincinnati at Baltimore--I'm actually afraid to touch this one. The Bengals have that feel like they did a couple years ago when they swept the Ravens and Steelers, rookie QB or not. But like the Jets, the Ravens have to have this game. Ravens 19, Bengals 13

Jacksonville at Cleveland--These are two hapless teams, but the Browns keep finding new ways to implode. Jags 24, Browns 21

Carolina at Detroit--Cam came out of the gate looking like Michael Vick south. Okay, that's kind of insulting to Cam. But back to the Lions, who had a major setback against Chicago and have the Packers looming a week from today. Hang on tight. Lions 30, Panthers 27

Tampa Bay at Green Bay--Remember when these teams played in the same division? It makes me long for those hideous orange uniforms again and watching Vinny Testaverde throw four interceptions. Packers 38, Bucs 17

Buffalo at Miami--The Bills are fighting for a playoff spot, but they run into a hot Miami team. But there is no way the Dolphins win three in a row. Bills 27, Dolphins 24

Oakland at Minnesota--I want to pick the Vikings, I really do. But the division leading Raiders (not a misprint) have new life with Carson Palmer. Raiders 23, Vikings 22

Dallas at Washington--The Redskins have some sort of weird spell over the Cowboys, but they are really awful right now. Cowboys 20, Redskins 10

Seattle at St. Louis--This is the kind of game that makes you long for those days last summer in which there was a lockout. Well, almost. Rams 27, Seahawks 20

Arizona at San Francisco--This is the kind of game that makes it painfully obvious the Niners will be the 2-seed. Niners 23, Cards 6

San Diego at Chicago--This is precisely the kind of game the Bears should win, which means they won't. Chargers 26, Bears 24

Philadelphia at NY Giants--Fellas, it's time to finish what we started in Week 3, and to exorcise the demons of December 19, 2010. Giants 34, Eagles 27

Kansas City at New England--Seriously, who picks this MNF schedule? Patriots 40, Chiefs 17
