So everyone has heard about the Eagles setback - but am I the only one who gets more nervous when the Giants play a team they should easily beat?
If you don't think this season is going to come down to the wire then where the hell have you been?

As we get further down the schedule the margin of error is ever so unforgiving.
These late division games may very well be the deciding factor for both NY and Dallas.
This coming Sunday will be Division games. Can the Skins pull one out...not likely - here's to any given Sunday.
Maybe it's too early to start looking at wild cards but I don't care. I think with Dallas on our heels and the top 2 wild card contending teams having the same record as us its warranted.
I still want the Giants to get the division and I still believe they are capable of winning it. Still I would like to see what the contingency plan is should they stumble...
First off, the Giants do not face any of the wild card teams with the exception of Dallas.
I don't like what I see when I look at Chicago's schedule but Detroits on the other hand looks like a tough one and they seem to be spiraling down at the moment. If they don't win against Carolina I can easily picture them crashing and burning out of contention. Here's to hoping Oakland continues to play well for the rest of the season and for San Diego to start winning towards the end like they do every season!
Finally: The way the 49ers are playing and their schedule - they easily get the #2 seed which means whichever way the Giants make the playoffs - they'll be playing a wildcard game.
