This past offseason, your beloved New York Giants enticed a player to take his services from the west coast across the country to the east. The player that I speak of is, of course, David Baas. His replacement in San Francisco, Goodwin, has been uninspiring at times. Added to that is the drop in production from our entire offense from last season to this season at a clip of about forty yards per game.
This made me wonder how the offense might be doing if we had managed to retain the services of Baas. So, the next likely step was to go to the people who might have an idea about the progress that Baas has made at the center position. You Guys!
Last season was Baas' first as a starting center in the NFL. His previous experience was all at the guard position. What have you noticed about his play so far this year? Has he been an improvement over last year's starte, Sean O'Haire? Has he looked good, or has he struggled?
