Yankees Or Giants? What Are You Going To Watch?
If you are a fan of both the New York Giants and New York Yankees you have a problem this afternoon. Are you going to watch the Yankees face the Detroit Tigers in Game 2 of the American League Division Series? Or, are you going to watch the Giants take on the Arizona Cardinals in NFL action?

im an eagle fan and a yankee fan, but if i was a giant fan
id definitely watch the giants. no question. you could just watch the scoreboard for baseball. its not its exciting anyway

but as a met fan who had ot go thru this in 2000….damn has it been that long since the mets were good? ….. i always pick football over every other sport)

Every now and then I have people go how could you be a Giants-Mets fan – I guess they assume since the Mets are a younger team I should also be a Jets fan.
Hmmm you know what I’m going to create a fan post and take a poll to see what combination of NY sports fan people are here….

Giants over Yanks. but love em both. and to add to the jets mets mix, at least the names rhyme which makes it perfect. just add nets now that they are brooklyn and its jets-mets-nets.
I hope the Yanks murk the Tigers tho. Robinson Cano is a BEAST

I don't get the Giants on TV
but since I am a Jays fan and thus despise the Yanks, I will find the Giants game on the radio or maybe stream it.
Yeah, this is unfortunate.
I had just assumed the Yanks would be on tonight. In any case, I’ll watch the Yanks till the Giants’ kickoff, then check in occasionally during the game. In years’ past, this would have been more of a problem, but football has completely taken over the most important spot for me.

How can you be critical of another person’s choice? Everyone is different, and baseball is such a slow-moving game it is more difficult to watch.

I’m a die-hard Yanks-Giants and they will both be playing at the same time. I only have one set of eyes so I will flip back and forth. Besides, the Giants play once a week and yanks play 2/3 days in the playoffs and the NFL is a 16-game season so each regular season game actually means something unlike baseball.

Every time. I watch the Mets during the breaks between soccer games over the looooong summer, but once football starts every sport falls by the wayside until college basketball gets going.
