If he hasn't already, Reese must research the talent into this upcoming draft  to better the team.  The Giants need to do some improvement in the tight NFC East to make the playoffs. I think they have a very talented team but didn't use all of it. Coaching IMO needs to be fixed ASAP.  Gillbride and Quinn have no business in being on a professional team.  But that's not to say they don't have their holes to fill. Where are they and who should they target to get them?

In my opinion they should look to acquire a CB, RB, LB and a OL for starters. We need a good CB for depth but we need one good in coverage.  As we just witnessed against the Skins, it looked pitiful.  Help there wold be great.  A RB should be needed to help the fumbitis of Bradshaw and the inconsistency of Jacobs. Bring back Earth, Wind and Fire.  A LB to help our mediocre LB's and a OL for depth.
