get rid of the PSL and you wont have empty seats.
its truly the worst rip off in sports. Sell them straight up like the old stadium and i’m sure you’ll recoup your money
I hate Philadelphia so much.
The PSLs are huge value-added winners for any franchise
the same way first class/business class is for the airline industry. Some people are willing to pay a lot more for what amounts to a lot of little other perks.

i understand the PSL...
but when you have 5200 empty seats going into your first game ever in the new stadium….yikes.
Yes, they will get sold…“eventually”. Mara says next year….not sure but we don’t even know if there will be football next year, so that seems like lofty expectations.
either way 5200 seats….even at say 100 bucks a ticket….that’s half a million in one day.
can’t the team work something out where they can sell the individual game tickets if they are not sold? Just seems silly not to….of course I don’t know all the logistics but that’s some serious bread that they are leaving on the table.

good question
i’m guessing once they sell some of those seats with the PSLs theyre locked into those prices for the year, or else they have to give a the discount to the seats already sold. something, not sure.
a lot of teams over estimated demand when it came to ticket prices. here in DC theyre advertising tickets in the newspaper, when all you heard about in the past is people passing their season tickets down generations. the teams obviously want to capture all that value but went a little too far this year, so it’s time to recalibrate their pricing models.
HELLO HELLO MR WILPON... BUY THAT MANSION. WE DONT NEED A CONDO.
not to mention
say 2500 parking fees, and if everybody buys just one beer that’s another $46 billion
You play to win the game!
