Corey Widmer.
A linebacker with the New York Giants from 1992-99. Widmer was the team's starting middle linebacker from 1996-99, and had a career-high 69 solo tackles in 1997.
Interestingly, prior to 1987 I can't find any Giants wearing uniform numbers in the 90s. I'm not aware of it, but I'm wondering if there was a rule change at that time allowing the wearing of jersey numbers above 89.

- Chris Jones (C, 1987): As far as I can tell, he was the first Giant to wear the number.
- Kenny Holmes (DE, 2001-2003): A free-agent acquisition who was a decent player for the Giants for three seasons. Totaled 17 sacks while in New York.
