How about Myron Rolle? I'm not convinced that Kenny Phillips will be healthy at the beginning of the season ( I don't think the Giants are either) and Myron seems like the kind of guy the Giants are constantly on the lookout for. Extremely intelligent, Myron gave up the NFL draft last year in order to become a Rhodes scholar and further pursue his education. He also recently ran a 4.5 40 time at his pro day as well as a 6.44 3-cone time, a very fast time for the 3-cone drill. It's often said that safeties and middle linebackers must be the smartest players on the defensive side of the ball, and this guy fits the bill perfectly. Most scouts put him in the 4th to 5th round range, but I believe that he could go as high as the 3rd. I know we already signed Antrel Rolle and Deon Grant, but our secondary was so bad last year and it never hurts to have a lot of depth and a player that can be groomed for the future. What do you guys think, is Myron Rolle worth taking a look at in the middle rounds?
