OK guys, First let's get past how much some of us hate this guy. And his past behavior with the Eagles and the 49ers. With Dallas, all he wanted was the ball and felt Witten got the first look. T.O. IS a great 1 receiver and with Eli having a better throwing touch the Romo, it should eliminate some of the dropped passes. T.O. on the Giants should make Smith, and the other receivers better and we need a down the field threat. Plus, we can get him cheap. (I'm sure he would love to beat up on Phily and Dallas twice a year!) He didn't make much noise at all in Buffalo and I'm shocked they cut him because they don't have a QB who can get him the ball.  T.O. on the Giants would free up Smith much more so he can play in the slot, hopefully Manningham will learn how to run a route or two and we can keep the offense on the field which should not beat the defense up as much as last year.
