I'm not quite sure why, but the Eagles released Spoonie last night. I have been a fan of this guy for a while, and was very upset when the Eagles landed him in the middle of the season.  Again, I watch Eagles games as infrequently as possible, so I am not sure if maybe he started struggling down the stretch but there was a game last season where he had 6 tackles, a sack, a forced fumble and a pick six against the skins. The guy is a playmaker, can play any LB spot in a 4-3, and seems like a great guy. Not to mention he has half a season of insight on the Eagles.  I'm just really hoping JR gives this guy a look over at least.
