He has confirmed the news via e-mail.  Not a surprise, though I'm always shocked when these things are announced because I don't pay enough attention to the $$ aspect of the league.  I'm assuming this is also to prevent some sort of roster bonus or date-related cap hit.

My expectations for next year are all over the place.  I like what I've seen of Goff but I'm guessing there will be a push to draft another potential replacement in the first round or even a trade up higher in the second.

Where do you think he'll end up?
