Breaking News: Jet's actually win something, now biggest show in town!

And people wonder why Giants fans are almost insulted by this "bravado" from a team that hasn't won shit in 40 years. They are now the "biggest show in town" according to Rex.

Cute, eh?

He went as far as to call the new Stadium "Jets Stadium" and such as well.

I used to root for the Jets and they used to be my second favorite team. Now? Not so much.

The bravado by the players is one thing. For a coach to be acting like this is just absurd.

He's a blowhard. Nothing more, nothing less.

Meh

they finished one game better than us and benefited from a weak AFC.

If they’re so proud, they can go back to NYC and get their own stadium. They can go move to los angelos, or toronto, or wherever the heck they want to go.

When people start saying Sanchez is better than Manning, than I’ll get pissed, until then, it is was you said it was, something cute and fuzzy to hold off the team until next year.

Frankly, no Giants should be complaining, we played like shit this year. I’d rather stay in the shadows than have a bullet to our back.

Never assume skill at bouncing a ball makes you smarter than the guy who built the court.

Of course..in "what have you done lately"

..yea, the Jets are. Until proven otherwise.

They’re run was cute and all…but while going into next season, they’ll be the better team “on paper”…they still are the Jets and the red headed step-twin of NY (the Mets, the other twin).

I think us Giants fans will know that no matter how promising one season looks…it can come crashing down to earth the next one.

Jets caught everyone by surprise…and played a half of a Bengals team, and a CHargers team with their pants down (and a bunch of missed FG’s).

…luck, runs out.

Until further notice, they’re still the Jets. They play in the same division as the Bills..so the fact they are indeed cursed…doesn’t "shine’ as bright.

You've got to be very careful if you don't know where you are going, because you might not get there

The Jets didn't belong int he playoffs

after having Indy and Cincy lie down in the alst 2 games they coulda been 2 losses worse…

it coincided with their playing their best into the playoffs. Big deal. I wish we played’em next year.

As long as it’s not MY team, I love big-mouthed buffoon head coaches, for the entertainment value. Go eat a cow, Rex.

You play to win the game!

The Biggest Show in town

That hasn’t won or even been to a Superbowl in over 40yrs but in the mean time the “Smallest” Show in town has been to 4 and won 3, one being 3yrs ago against the best offense ever and the Jets division rival… Go Rex! So accomplished… He’s just another classless big mouth… No wonder he is so fat, shoving another twinkie in his mouth is the only way his wife can shut him the F up…

The Fat Man

You coach long enough in the NFL and you will be humbled, This idiot’s day is coming can’t wait to see the Jets fall on their collective faces next year.

What did I tell you all!!!

The Jets have been doing this crap for 40 years, one flukey SB championship in 1969 compared to 7 NFL championships and an organization that has played in the NFL championship game every decade outside of the 70’s since the league began in 1920. The Jets were better than the Giants in the Namath years, nobody cared, they were better in the really early 80’s nobody cared. Just stick to your niche market of low class gutterball fans and win for them. IF they knew what they were I’d root for them but my god get over the infeiority complex already you don’t have history or a big fan base it’s still NY and being #2 in NY is like being #1 in a lot of citys so shut up already.
