This looks like an awesome movie! I live very close to Philadelphia and I expect that when I go see it wearing my Eli jersey I will be booed. Oh well, I’ve been booed around here for my whole life.

Can't wait

From the reviews it appears that this movie has a lot of similarities to The Wrestler (since the director was the screenwriter for that movie), just applied to a hard core sports fan. All the reviews I’ve read have been very positive. Just don’t expect this to be in-your-face-funny. It sounds like its got some darkness to it, but Patton Oswalt really nails the fanatic to the point of being funny.
