Meadowlands Help

Hey everyone! I'm going to the Titans/Jets week 3 matchup on September 27th. I live in midtown Manhattan and know how to get to the Meadowlands from there via Port Authority. However, this time, since it's my girlfriend's and my anniversary (yay us!) we thought we'd get a hotel for a few nights in East Rutherford. Can anyone please tell me how we would be able to: 1) Get to East Rutherford from Manhattan 2) Get to the Meadowlands while in East Rutherford

last time i was up that way,you could take the lincoln tunnel to the jersey turnpke north to the meadow lands and east rutheford.if you want to try to meet some players, the big hotel across the hiway from the stadium is where they stay before a game.i think your best bet though would be to mapquest whatever you need.hope this helps!

What hotel?

Do you have a car?

The hotel is about a 1 1/2 miles from the stadium and we’ll be using public transportation.

I live like 5 minutes from the stadium, and commute into NYC every day. If you tell me the actual hotel, I can give you the best way to get there, down to the specific stop.

Take the 163 bus out of the Port Authority. It stops at Paterson Plank Rd. and Washington Ave. You’ll have less than a 1/5 mile walk from there. Here’s the link to the bus schedule…

It doesn’t list that stop on the pdf, but it definitely stops there. I’d just confirm with the ticket counter people though to be 100% sure.

Thanks a lot!

You’ve been a bigger help than the Port Authority website.
