Mobile Commenting and Retweeting added

The toys just keep getting better and better here at Big Blue View, and at SB Nation in general. Mobile commenting and retweeting posts are now available.

You can now sign in to each blog you are a member of and comment in GameThreads from the game or the bar or participate in an interesting discussion happening on a blog from anywhere with your phone.

As for retweeting, if you see a post that you find interesting and want to share it via twitter, now you can with just one click rather than copying and pasting the link.

i don't know why i can't get into tweeter

Maybe it’s just because I’ve been using IM so long it’s just seems like it’s useless because it’s just basically Away Messages and that’s it.

Interesting sidenote, that’s a great technical age divide I’ve discovered. Since AOL IM was pretty much the only game in town for years, my age group calls it IM, while about 3 years younger then me (about 26) calls it AIM. This apparently confused the hell out of my wife who was a little older when she went to law school with a bunch of young’ins.

Mobile commenting will be real nice for watching games in the bar though.

You know, we all have to try and keep up w/the times. I’m with you, though, I have very little use for Twitter. I reference it and peek at it only because I have to, not because I want to.

well the funny thing is

I’m pretty early adopter. I was on the net in like 96, hell I used ICQ before one of the first versions of IM. I built my own DVR. I thought text messages were awesome when I still had to mentally remember which of my friends actually had phones that could receive them. Just couldn’t care less. Although I think I remember when Twitter came out, (maybe it was something else similar) but it was marketed for telling friends shit like what bar you were out at.

Mobile commenting

Now I can say aloha from my Hawaiian honey moon! And before anyone rips me for commenting on my trip, I’m getting ready to head back so I’m trying to catch up on what’s going on. Outside of MJ that is … I haven’t read a paper or turned on a TV in 2 weeks & I still heard about that several times.
