Yeah they did...
On the 10pm SNY show Gary Apple and Mark Malusis argued about why the Giants would get Edwards and not Chad Johnson. Later editions just stated that it was rumored that the trade was finalized when an hour prior they had a 10 minute segment devoted to Edwards, Plaxico and Jerry Reese being a great GM.
