NFC East losing best division title?
The Eagles may have to keep their two first round picks. Brian Dawkins, Lito Sheppard, Sean Considine and Correll Buckhalter have all left the Eagles nest.
The Eagles had been planning to trade a package of picks to Arizona for Boldin but now the Eagle secondary is missing two very good players. Free agency in football has just begun and the landscape has already changed drastically.
With Washington spending and losing, (what else is new) the Cowgirls in disarray and possibly losing Canty to the Giants, the NFC East may not be the toughest division in football this year.

Thing is that a few unexpected rookie surprises tend to change things
Who would get the crown now anyway? I mean the NFC South has seen the Bucs blow things up completely, the Panthers are likely going to send Peppers packing, NO was never clicking last year (though if their defense can step up, they are going to be better), and the Falcons are due to drop a bit as they overachieved (though people said the same about the Giants).
My point is that there is no way to know this ahead of time, we have to let the records of each division speak for themselves.
I don't care who the best division is
As long as the Giants are the best team

Not so fast
I’m a Giants fan living in Philly and I wouldn’t be so quick to see the departures of Dawkins and Consodine as major blows to the Eagles. Dawkins was a great player and a tremendous fan favorite in Philly, but last year he was a total liability in pass coverage. They had to use him basically as a 4th linebacker at the end of the season, and while he made some big plays, he was still a weak link in a good defense. The Eagles have over $40 million in cap money and will undoubtedly replace Dawkins with a younger more complete safety and they have a good looking second year safety in Will Demps. Consodine was an awful player, slow and unable to shed blocks. He played only on special teams. They won’t miss him at all. LJ Smith was also more of a liability than an asset. Buckhalter was a decent back up to Westbrook, but they hardly used him. You can expect the Eagles to be active in FA and they have 2 first round picks. So, while wish they were headed down the dumper, I wouldn’t bet on it just yet.

name a better division
AFC East? Brady’s knee is a big question, Bills don’t know what they’re doing, Jets are the Jets.
AFC South? Jaguars are in disarray, and the Texans don’t start playing until November.
NFC South? Bucs are rebuilding, and the Saints are grossly one-dimensional.
AFC North? sure, if you kick out Cleveland and Cincinnati.
NFC North? the only division where 8-8 puts you in the driver’s seat.
and both of the West divisions are still garbage,
