agree.
This isn’t horrible news.
Tho..McKenzie was playing very well and they were running behind him a whole lot Sunday.

I agree guy's
It’s too bad he has to play under these circumstances though. But, we need to know what we have to work with for the future.

And so the future begins today on the giants offensive line. I think Beatty will do a great job. A offensive line other than Sueburt that can run block will be a very necessary addition to the gmen oline.

I think we'll be fine
Beatty has been good the times I’ve seen him, and now we get younger and don’t have to worry about a training camp battle there and injuring mckenzie’s pride if beatty plays well.
I’m not sure which side orkapo lines up on with the redskins, but if he’s on Beatty’s side, well here’s his first test.
And have any Redskin fans came yet? The last two weeks there were some eagle and cowboys fans coming over. Any good knowledgeable redskin fans over there?

I think they're too busy laying siege to Dan Snyder's house
speaking of the Redskins, my girlfriend won a raffle at her school a few weeks ago, so I’m going to the game on Monday! I’ve been to a bunch of games at Giants Stadium, but this will be my first time seeing the Giants on the road. Hopefully the Giants play well.

Orakpo
The redskins have Orakpo on the Right side so he wont be against Beatty. But The redskins have been running a lot of stunts (which is odd for a 3-4 defense) but i guess you have to take some risks when you are in last place in your division. I am sure he will be on Beattys side a bit though.

I'm not much of an expert on the play of the big guys
on the O-line but I didn’t see any glaring errors from Beatty.
Not knocking Mckenzie, though. He has given us many good years of reliable service. Wasn’t he considered washed up when he got here? From what I’ve seen his attention to good technique has served him well.
That said it may not be bad to start thinking about infusing a little youth in the equation. In the fourth quarter that stamina a young guy can provide might just make a difference.

The only thing I don't like...
is that McKenzie was back to his old self in this game. He was really mauling his side of the line and pass blocking very well.
What gets me really pissed is the play before that injury, Steve Smith had a TD catch that he dropped…so the play on which McKenzie got injured..should’ve never happened…

that's what I though too
but I’m not too knowledgeable about the skin’s personnel and schemes, so thanks for confirming that.

You are right...
I was just rewatching some redskins games… they use andre carter a Defensive End and drop him back in coverage a lot. Brian Orakpo the SS LB blitzes often, and sometimes linesup on the line effectively making them play 3-4.
But yes you are correct they run a 4-3 Base.
