Happy Thanksgiving night, everyone. Let's hope the Giants don't upset our full bellies and give us indigestion tonight. If you don't have NFL Network, hopefully you will be able to find a place to watch the game. I will have the very unique experience of watching the game on my Palm Pre, which will be cool except for the two-inch screen.
Use this as your Open Thread to discuss the action. Enjoy!

changing subjects, the Raiders are not going to do us a favor, so we need to win today to close to the girls
Pierce second opinion
FYI that LA doc concurs with Giants about AP.

I cant say
that I am surprised with this result… neck/spine and back injuries are nothing to take lightly…
From a broncos fan to you. Consider it a pregame peace offering (although after kickoff it won't be so peaceful). Happy Thanksgiving.

Enjoy the game everyone.

you too
I’ve got no hate for the Broncos, but you’re going down tonight (I hope…)

Same here. I don't hate the giants either, but both teams definitely need a win tonight. It's going to be a war.
Enjoy the stream (or NFLN if you have it).

my hope
is that the Giants win tonight, but then the Chargers finish this year like the Broncos finished last year and you overtake them at the end. I hate the Chargers for some weird reason.

haha, You and me both. LOL. I knew it wasn't just broncos fans who hate the Chargers.
I think everyone can agree to dislike the chargers. They are just a bunch of punks.
I’d love nothing more than for them to lose every game in december. Trust me, if you could guarantee the chargers losing this game, I would gladly give you this victory.
Have a happy turkey day, guys and gals.

I remind as always
Keep the swearing down. If you really need to drop one, you can, but no going hardcore eff this and eff that please.
Happy Turkeyday everyone.
Let’s hope that the Gmen end this night on a high note for us. We can’t afford to lose with both the Pack and the Girls winning. Win tonight sets up a huge showdown next week as we all know. Let’s all cross our fingers and pray to the football gods for a Giant win!!

Let's go GMEN
best thing about coming to my parents place for Thanksgiving is I get to watch this game on regular tv. I love New York

Just a quick question before the game starts and I'll go back to MHR. Just curious. Who will you guys miss more tonight? Pierce or Bradshaw?
If Taylor Swift were to try and tackle me, I'd let her.
that's a tough one
if they’re both fully healthy, I’d say Bradshaw. But at partial strength, definitely Pierce – most of what he brings to the table at this point is his brains, whereas Bradshaw relies so much on his quickness. He’s just been awful lately.

you know what I will miss?
the NFL games on regular television and not obscure cable channels

I love living in Canada
This blackout stuff applies to nothing but I get every single game each week thanks to getting all the networks across the country. I still can not fathom now the NFL (most popular sport down there) can not be available for every single game.
So who made a "Free Ware" account?
Think FB covered his bases yet?
random rant
my parents have an awesome 36 inch HD TV (at least it’s awesome to a poor student like me who normally watches tv on my ghetto set that’s from like 1995), but they don’t subscribe to the HD channels! What’s the point!?!? Everything looks so fuzzy.
/rant. I swear, I’m thankful for some things…

Steve Smith should just change his name to "First Down"
save the announcers a few syllables everytime they call his name

Eli paniced
He had time there, the blitz was picked up decently.
wow
Eli panicked on that one. The line picked up the blitz, but Eli threw it like he was about to get sacked

good coverage. Also, we’re definitely in Denver – that was a nice long punt by Feagles

first play Orton dropped back to pass
and Clark came through like a bullet and took him down for a sack

it was pretty ridiculous
but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen the Giants benefit from it once or twice over the years, so it’s just one of those things

good point
although I’d characterize last week as “bad,” not quite terrible

the D looks slow
and they’re getting pushed around. That’s not a good combination.

a red zone stop? I don’t remember ever seeing one of those on this side of the field before

Eli is not getting it done! Throwing behind rcvrs, underthrowiing,
overthrowing, etc. The sad part is that he is getting protection. Soon he will start calling audibles for no reason. He is not even close to being as good as his brother.
you know who else is not even close to being as good as his brother?
Every single other QB in the NFL

GET A GOOD RUN BACK HERE HIXON....
DON’T DANCE WITH THE DAMN BALL!!!!!!!!!
Well we lost this game
Trade Osi for a couple of picks, put Kiwanuka on the defensive line and get Phillips back and well be back next year.

this is just a very undisciplined defense
shades of 2004

Let me get this straight...
Boss can get HUMMED in the head each week with no flag… but that is a legit penalty?
how many times
has bob papa said “wide open” tonight? this defensive scheme is beyond atrocious.
It seems like they reverted to what I thought they would.. they get a win and start smelling themselves.. they are flat which is mind boggling considering the Pack and ’girls won today.
HELL...
IF THEY’RE GONNA THROW RIDICULOUS FLAGS ON US THEN MAKE IT WORTH OUR WHILE AND KNOCK SOMEONE OUT OF THE GAME.
this defense is pathetic

WHERE'S THE GOD DAMN HOLD??????
THAT WAS CLEAR AS DAY!!!!!!
Looks like it is going to longest night here in Denver
This is ABYSMAL.
this is the worst offense weve played in 2 months
and we look like the detroit lions out there. disgusting defense

THESE REFS ARE AWFUL TONIGHT....
not surprised either….we’re not Dallas or New England so we won’t get the calls in our favor.
Refs aren't leaving the recievers
that wide open dude. WAY more blame to the D than any perceived slights from the refs.
Broncos have no respect for the Giants offense; looks like 4th down
is a regular down for them tonight if they cross the Giants 40.
TWO false starts?
At least a 50% chance this ends up in the endzone… with how the Giants do in these situations.
I would trade Osi in the offseason for some good draft picks
and put kiwanukka on the line. Osi just isnt the same player. Sell while there is still some value.
by Scent of a Woman on Nov 26, 2009 9:08 PM EST reply actions
Kiwi played well last year in Osi's absence
I am sure The Giants would get good drafts picks for him that we can use to help our secondary and Linebackers.

there you go...
leave their best WR wide open
well
if our offense doesnt start moving the ball, then we will be in for a long game come 4th quarter
if they are only getting 3 points per drive, I'll take it. Eli needs
to get this offense going and stop playing around. Make some real throws so we can open up the run game.
We need a good runback...
if they keep kicking it into the endzone they take Hixon out of the game….we need his explosiveness.
In Osi's defense
He’s playing against the best left tackle in the NFL.. I wish the Giants Would rotate the ends more, it might be more effective getting Osi Matched up against someone other than Clady.
Since When is Tim Lewis back though?
President of the Ramses Barden Fan Club
HAHAHAHA....
THEY GOT HIM SAYING MOTHERFUCKER.
---ATTENTION EVERYONE---
For those of you that don’t know.
GO TO NFL.COM and watch the game for FREE on your computer.
Giants – 0
Broncos – 6
2nd Quarter
GO NY GIANTS!!
LOL...
they had to apologize….what a bunch of pansies.
SIGHS....
2 inside hand offs….do we WANT to win???
A free first down
to quote Herm Edwards “WE CAN BUILD ON THIS!” XD
I'm a little drunk right now coming home from dinner
but at least the Giants held them to FG’s.
They look awful toningt so far.
I don’t know what has happened to this team
That would be a first I think
Challenging to get a penalty on yourself.
Tonight, this is all on the players… no coaching crap. These guys have GOT TO MAN THE F’ UP at some point. O-line, D-line.. everybody. Decide if you are Men and if you’re going to let yourselves get slapped around and laughed at.
OLine is giving protection...Eli is throwing duds.
Danny W is getting running room until he fumbled.
The play clock was at ZERO...
Can’t we challenge that???
I give Josh McDaniels credit, at least his team is “trying to win a mother effing game”, Tom Coughlin’s isn’t

You saw this coming when the NFL sceduled this game. Giants on Thanksgiving night in Denver no chance.
No effort or heart, they can’t tackle or block it’s amazing how far this team has sunk
Except for the fact that the Giants can’t cover, can’t tackle, can’t rush the passer, can’t run the ball, can’t block or complete a pass, I would say this is going rather well
