On ESPN pre-game, Ditka just asked ...
“Who will miss Antonio Pierce more … the Giants … or the Falcons ?
Ouch, AP.
And he stumped Keyshawn with the question ...
although sometimes I think “what’s 2 + 2 ?” can stump “Me-Shawn” …
Keyshawn's one of my favorite's
on any pre-game shows.

Here's to a good game frm the G-Men
And remember, keep the swears and such to a minimum. It is fine to get upset wit what you see, but spamming a few F words over and over does not contribute anything f note to the discussion on here.
You mean I have to ...
keep my “Giants Tourette’s” in check today ? man … that’s a tall order.
Just posted on ProFootballTalk.com - Turner and Norwood officially out for Falcons
The Falcons released their official list of inactive players and, as expected, both Michael Turner and Jerious Norwood are on it.
That leaves Jason Snelling as the starting tailback for Atlanta in the Meadowlands on Sunday. Aaron Stecker, re-signed this week, may see some action and the team has Verron Haynes and Ovie Mughelli in the lineup as well.
We had really better be able to shut down the run today, or I’m goin’ ballistic !!
Lets go BIG BLUE!
Here’s to hoping the giants give me no reasons to swear brisulph.

Any pregame show I watched
had unanimous Giants victory today. Why does that make me even more uneasy about today’s game?
ESPN didn't.
Ditka and Tom Jackson had the Falcons.

Did that look to anybody else like Eli's foot?
He didn’t step in at all, and did a funny little hop.

Wasahington taking a lead to the locker room
looks like.
I legitimately feel bad for their defense
it’s a really, really good D (even w/o Haynesworth), but their offense gives them NO help whatsoever.

the whole NFC East is so inconsistent
every team is capable of blowing out an opponent one week and looking like a Big East team the next

well, except the Redskins
they’re not capable of blowing anyone out.

My point being that if a play doesn’t work, it was TC’s call or Manning’s audible, but if it works KG gets all the credit
usually its the opposite....
So again…w/e
but I usually go by what I’m noticing with Eli checking out of the plays.
He checked into that bubble screen with Boss….but the passes to Boss, he didn’t check out of anything.

'09 Season, part 2 - Starting today at a field near you!
He was like a god walking amongst mere mortals. He had a voice that could make a wolverine purr and suits so fine they made Sinatra look like a hobo.
Just joined
arrived at work on Monday morning .. looked at the Giants stats and the BBV chat. Hey, looks like the first five games … Tynes missing a field goal, Bulldozer Jacobs getting a few carries, Eli’s throwing yds looks great and spreading to catches around. New stats – Boss has 2 TDs, Ware has a couple of carries, and a couple of sacks. This is looking great from the numbers. You guys also seem pretty chipper this morning.
He was like a god walking amongst mere mortals. He had a voice that could make a wolverine purr and suits so fine they made Sinatra look like a hobo.
the Saints
I’m calling it right now – they get home field, but they lose their first playoff game. I am just not impressed by them. I know, I know, they blew out the Giants – but so did the wildly inconsistent Eagles

good comparison
everyone wants to compare them to the ‘07 Pats, but to paraphrase Lloyd Bentsten "I’ve seen the 2007 Patriots. The Giants beat the 2007 Patriots. And you, Saints, are NOT the 2007 Patriots"

That’s why I say just make the playoffs. It doesn’t matter if we get in at 7-9, 8-8 or 10-6. Whatever the record, just get in since anything can happen.
that mat stafford throw wasincredible..

I think I take more joy in Romo’s failures than anyone else. Not sure why, I have no reason to hate him other than the fact that he’s the Cowboy’s QB.
but...but...but
Miles Austin is the best wide receiver in the NFC East! I mean, he had two really good games, so he’s obviously better than Steve Smith, right?
