BBV Week 8 prelim. results

Yesterday was the worst football day of my life since 2001. And I stunk it up in the pool to boot!

Week 8 results:

10-2: Mr. Met

9-3: XLII, GiantRB27, ianwestpalm

8-4: FreeBradshaw, Tito8-0, hocke26, willGfass, GRS

7-5: Simms-McConkey, cjmulrain, Meigs1414, LostinJersey, brisulph, woogie526, Shofner85, G-Brit

6-6: NJGiant, Wangstu, ShenktheTank, Phildo, Nck228

5-7: M.

Mahmoodzaky didn't get picks in, I think, and We can drop 5GRCL after 3 weeks of no contact.

I will post the year-to-date standings tomorrow. And avoid making eye contact with football fans until Saturday.

I'm making sure...

to not wear anything Giants related, at least for a couple days.

They’re still the Giants and I will get anticipated for next week, so I’ll have to get out the #91 Tuck

(which…for a few random reasons..I haven’t wore in 3 weeks!…remind me to get out the white 91 for Sunday).

…and oh yea, I’m picking the Chargers next week.

Thursday game

There is a Thursday game next week – so will it count towrads this week (9) or will everyone have to get the week 10 picks in early or lose that pick?

when the game is coming up, after the previous Sunday session is closed, I’ll start the subsequent week thread on Tuesday as usual, and people can get their Thursday picks in before kickoff, and if they so desire, follow it up with their balance of picks by the usual deadline of Sunday noon EST.
