Week 4 prelim results

Finally, good ol' Simms-McConkey doesn't stink it up and there are few surprises in week 4. On a week that sees Dallas lose and the Giants win you can't complain much.

Games a lot of people lost: Ravens (13), Titans (21), Bills (15), Cowgirls (16).

Pending MNF, Shofner can tie Brisulph, Simms-McConkey and Wangstu for the week 4 win if GB wins. BriSulph has agreed to write our "Hot Hand" picks this week, the tiebreaker being he had the stones to pick Jacksonville, me, Wangstu, and Shofner didn't...

So far, even our best pickers are a hair short of averaging 3 of 4 correct. But these early weeks have been totally crazy and I think we'll improve. Over/Under on the winning% for the season champ? I'd guess about 84%

And the Ravens probably could have won that game. Flacco is legit and he marched em right down. Gotta make that catch on 3rd and 7.

Tennesee accounts for like 84% of my losses this year…
p.s. The Patriots are legit. Belichick is unbelievable. He’s like MacGyver with a football roster. The Pats have beaten 2 top-5 teams in the past 2 weeks. p.p.s. Look for John Clayton to rank the Colts #1 tomorrow

I am very willing to take the 1 loss

since it was the Cowboys. never had a perfect week shot before though going into Monday, so I am a tad disappointed in that.

I had penciled in the Cowpies all week, and then at the last minute went with emotion (not a gut feeling about the outcome, just that I hate’em) and picked Denver for the fun of it. Being a homer as opposed to analytical is a coin flip sometimes. But it’s fun!
