There are certain expectations around here and we don't handle losing too well. It's not a normal thing to be dealing with, and on top of that, we're going to Philly. I know you've written about last season's phone incident [with Donovan McNabb] and it's not like that's the most respectable thing a guy can do. But it's not like we need that for motivation. We're always going to want to kill Donovan McNabb -- even if he's the nicest guy in the world.

Whether it's win lose or draw, regardless of opponent

It still the same results within you (Barry) and your cohorts, the DT’s! Were 7 games into the season and only one sack amongst this group?! A divisional game shouldn’t be a catylst for no more motivation than any other game to be honest. Either shall a non-threatening pick up of the phone on the sideline should be too.

Motivation just doesn’t come from playing a division foe, it comes from playing anyone else on the schedule! The mindset on figuratively killing McNabb is great in the sense of sacking him, but it should be the norm for any enemy touching the ball.

To achieve such a desired punishment, you have to be personally motivated. Motivation doesn’t find you, expectations don’t find you and neither will wins for that matter! It is a team sport, and as far as i’m concerned, the giants as a whole, needs a kick in the ass!

I'm sick of the talking from these guys

This D-Line is very dissapointing this year, getting pushed around by any team with a half decent O-Line. They need to step up tomorrow, especailly the tackles they are getting blown off the ball. I think they spent most of the offseason reading their press clipings.
