Who our new OC should be
Sherman Lewis! Its so obvious. I can't believe we let the Redskins get such a great signal caller! Kevin Gilbride sucks. Did you see what Sherman lewis did last night? I mean 17 whole points against the Eagles! And you know what else? Why not get shanahan out of retirement to replace Coughlin! I mean, we've lost two straight games. Thats sacrilegious. I can't believe more Giants fans aren't calling for Jerry Reese's head. The Mara's should sell the team to Jerry Jones, a great owner. There's no way we will go better than 5-11 this year!!!
(Note this is all sarcasm. Everyone should chill out. As much as I love football, its only a game. Unless we lose next week. Then we should panic. /jk)

Yeah, really
Id’ rather be playing like this now and then get hot down the stretch, unlike last year.

KG is party responsible
we can blame guys for interceptions and not making “plays on the ball” all we want, but IMO it was rather apparent Eli was not having his “A” game vs. Arz…instead of recognizing this and making the adjustment we cotinued to force the ball down field.
I would love to know how you can justify Kevin Boss getting thrown to twice or Jacobs getting 13 carries.
Truth be told, Execution is a huge part of it…but to say that Game Plan and Play calling is not even partly responisble, well that’s not accurate.
I’m not calling for KG’s head…and I do know there is worse out there, but saying that “well you could have worse” isin’t a ringing endorsment for anyone. And I’m certainly not resting easy at night knowing that they’re worse OC’s out there.

Mike Shanny (I lived in CO for about 16 years) is called the mastermind for a reason.
Would be nice to have as our OC but I doubt he will take that. Also I believe the Broncos are paying him heaps of money to not coach this season, let alone talk to any teams.

I agree with you there
Webster should stay on the opponent’s #1 receiver. There’s no reason why he shouldn’t.
I don’t want to see CC Brown on Jackson ever

could be in for a tough game...
on that end around Jackson burned every safety the Skins have. Not to say theirs are better, but Laron Landry and Chris Horton are not CC Brown..and he torched those 2.

So how do you stop an end around?
Whenever I try it on madden, I get shut down, except for one lucky play where I broke 3 tackles behind the line of scrimmage with Plax and barely got a td.
So how should we be prepared for it?
Our LBs are slow as molasses. Should webster cross the field as he see’s jackson doing it?
Also, how fast is webster compared to others? High end speed, middle of the pack?

I don't think Webster's a speed demon
he’s one of those fast enough, football speed type guys, while jackson has track speed AND football speed.
Its gonna take a guy like Osi turning the play up the middle.
Maybe they sniff it out and a safety blitzes and catches him in the backfield.
Regardless, there are a few faster players in the league than Jackson. there’ a reason why end-arounds aren’t all that successful. Against struggling D’s like the Redskins, they tend to work.
I wouldn’t exactly call the Giants D at the top of their game, so we’ll see. That end around on Monday showe a lot of guys out of position, and once DJAX gets past you, no one’s catching him.
He did hurt his hamstring, so even tho while I don’t like to cheer an injury, it may help the Giants that he’s not 100%.
