Maning has been elected as one of the best athletes of the year and best football player of the year 2008! What do you think??

no, I don’t think so..he’s gotten a lot better, and led the Giants to the Super Bowl, but there’s so many better athletes out there (Phelps, Bolt, Nadal, Messi to name a few). Best footballer? Just because he was the QB of the Super Bowl champions doesn’t make him the best football player, might not even mean he belongs in the Pro-Bowl. I appreciate everything he’s done for my team, but I can’t really agree with this.
