Leave the Eagles alone
We like to win with class. We like to lose with class. We don't like it when the trolls come over here and make asses of themselves with stupid insults about our team. The Eagles beat us, get over it. Leave them alone. I've got people being banned from 'Bleeding Green' today for acting like idiots, and I am not going to have it. Act with class, or don't be here at all. Period. That's the rule. Live with it. You don't like it. Go join 'Big Blue Interactive' or some other site.

So true
Only thing worse than a sore loser is a sore winner. And just cause Philly lost doesn’t mean we’re winners. It just means we’re desperate.

Not to make light...
But you sounded like Mike Brady for a second there, Hansy.
“You know Cindy……”
LOL, welcome!

lol
i was tempted. ya kno, considering that i am public troll number 1. but for real, at least the giant’s of last year comparisons are over. but if the cards win it all, does that diminish what happened last yr?
oh and i guess that mcnabb/ choke question i brought up last week after our loss will be circulating.
I don't think so
Because they wouldn’t be defeating an 18-0 opponent that was/is widely considered the best team of all time. Leagues have down years. The Cardinals team that won the World Series a few years back was not a very good team at all – but that didn’t demean the accomplishments of the teams that won it before/after them.
Classy post ETVal, from an Eagles fan
I haven’t noticed too much trolling, but unsurprisingly a bunch of brand spanking new Cardinals fans came out of the woodwork last night…
Anyways, looking forward to some more NFC East battles next year!
It's always a battle
Giants fans are still smarting because we still know we missed an opportunity. We have beaten all four of the teams that played Sunday, so it hurts. Still, I want to advocate intelligent, mature discussion. Not childish name-calling and silly flame wars. I know your man Jason has been spending time deleting a bunch of comments today.

althought I hate the Eagles
I would not have minded if they won SB. That will proof which division is better. (With two champions in a row from the same division)
My Dad and his steelers gave me the love for football, but the Giants gave me a Team
Where are all the jackass Philly Phans who were here gloating last week?
Is it ok if I ask that question on this site, Ed? I’d never go on their site, but some of them were more than happy to come over here. If they want to frequent this site I’d like to see them come back and explain how they gagged away that game to the Cards.
Save the neck for me, Clark.
Philly Fans
Yes, I know there are ‘jackass’ Philly fans. And jackass Cowboy fans. And jackass Seahawk fans. And on and on and on. I can’t do much about them, other than try to control them a bit when they show up here. All I am trying to do is be clear about the type of site I want to have here. I’m not asking anyone to love the opposing teams, just don’t go and unnecessarily bait opposing fans.

LOL set them straight ETVAL!!!
Seriously, don’t go too far we won 3 superbowls since the last Eagle bowl win so we should have some compassion for them. The Mets have to fight their own battles so stop using the Giants to make you feel better about the Mets choking to the Phillies every year.
i haven't heard this comparison but
the Eagles went to the NFC Championship five times (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2008) in eight years and won just once (2004).
the Indiana Pacers went to the Eastern Conference Finals five times (1994, 1995, 1998, 1999, 2000) in seven years and won just once (2000).
something to think about…

The knicks have a blog??
I thought a blog required more than 1 fan.

there are plenty of Knicks fans left
i went through the Ray Handley era and the Isiah Thomas era, I’ve also gone through the Tom Coughlin and Pat Riley/Jeff Van Gundy eras.
true fans take the good with the bad.
they may not get LeBron (still think it’s better than a 50% shot), but trust me, they’ll get somebody(s) in 2010 (Wade, Bosh, Stoudemire…?)

Oh, man
Your Knicks’ name? Very, very disappointing development there, Mr SBaker.

I heard Mason was working out to make a comeback but abandoned the idea
when he was injured in a dribbling drill when the basketball exploded.
i didn't hear that
but i did hear that his elbows accidentally maimed Dale Davis.

this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWSjUe0FyxQ. Just replace “Britney” with “Eagles fans”.
hahaha
just messing with you.
I amd glad you are trying to have a place like this ETVal
That is why I decided to finally sign up to this site. I like the fact it has (for the most part) intelligent and cordial discussion, not the typical internet slam fest that permeates nearly every blog/forum.
