Well
Well, any given sunday holds true. Redskins do us a favor by upsetting the “Number 1 team in the NFC”
Can we hold off on the crowns?
I got a little tired of crowning the Cowgirls the best team in the East and the NFC. That awesome, star-studded Def took a pretty good hit today. Terrance Newman and the secondary were suspect. Portis wore them down in the 3rd and 4th.
The redskins look much improved over week one.
The East will continue to be a fun place to play. 1st place Giants.

Anxious to see
how the Giants come out in the power rankings, the only undefeated NFC team, and one of only 4 undefeated teams in the league. And lets face it, is there a football fan alive who can honestly say Buffalo, Tennessee, or Baltimore are better than the Giants?

But
talking about home field advantage is getting ahead of yourself. It’s very, very early.

“It gets late early”
How many years have the Giants been teetering on the edge at the end of the season, and you think back on all the “What ifs” early in the season? After Sunday, the season is a quarter over already, and the Giants should be 4-0. It looks pretty.

Seahawks Game Tailgating
Hey guys, I’m a Seahawk who recently moved to NYC and I’m going to the game this weekend. I don’t have a parking pass and I’ve read that you can’t tailgate at the satellite parking lots? Can any of you tell me if thats actually enforced?
Cheers, looking forward to a good game.
never thought I'd say this, but how bout them Redskins?
Zorn’s reborn and our boys are all alone at the top of the NFC. Now if those Bears can kick Philly’s butt this’ll be the best by week ever!
On the NBC broadcast
I actually heard Jerome Bettis say that the Giants are now the team to beat. In the league. I’m actually a little scared now, all the attention we’re getting.
Of course, Tiki Blabber changed the subject right away when they said that and started talking about the Titans.

has anybody seen the Tiki Barber interview of Eli after the superbowl?
Youtube it… If you know the subtext it’s pretty damn funny. Eli essentially tells Tiki in front of the nation that they won it because Tiki wasn’t in the huddle. If you don’t know the subtext it sounds like just another series of sports cliches. ’Atta boy Eli!
Best possible outcome of the bye week
Cowboys lost, Eagles lost. That was the best scenario we could have hoped for.
That dbag at espn.com said in his article that the redskins now look like the team to beat in the nfc east, because they beat the best last night. What biased scum.
What does everyone make of the T.O. drama?
what TO drama?
I was at a wedding this weekend and missed pretty much everything sports related, only caught some scores and the first half of the Eagles game last night, so I haven’t heard anything.
this is why all of this preseason stuff is moot
the Redskins were almost universally considered to be the 4th best team in the NFC East, yet they go on the road and beat Dallas. that team is scrappy and they remind me a bit of last year’s Giants. it’s not always pretty, but they get the job done. maybe Campbell has finally turned the corner? i always thought he had the potential to be good.
also, Clinton Portis might be the most underrated player in the league.

The NFC East
Is it possible that, when it’s all said and done, the four best teams in football are from this division? And one of them won’t make the playoffs. Amazing!

4 Best
I think you have to include the Titans when listing the best teams in football. They are arguably THE best. Their defense & running game are great. The only thing holding them back is QB play. Collins has got an arm, but we know he might blow up at any second. But he’s their best option.
I know it's getting WAY ahead of ourselves
but how much fun would it be to play Kerry Collins in the Super Bowl? Maybe this time he could throw a TD pass to the Giants…
Bears played a tough game
I thought the Eagles were going to steal it.
The Skins are starting to worry me, I am glad the Giants got one out of the way with them already. I did say in my NFC East Preview before the season I thought they were going to be a better team than most people thought.
